Apptec Corporation offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase of all new DigiTel and DigiScribe products purchased directly from Apptec Corporation via this website or via phone.

Please do not return products without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).  To request an RMA#, please call 1-631-828-1245.  RMA's expire 10 business days of their issue date.

All returned products are subject to evaluation to ensure they are in new condition.

Please include a copy of the original Paid Invoice with any returned products and write the RMA# on the outside of the package.

All returned products returned for refund must be in new, resalable condition free from scratches or any other type of damage, and must be complete with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs and must insure the shipment for the full value of the products.

All refunds for payments made by credit or debit card will be reduced by 5% to cover the credit/debit card transaction fee.

Any return product that includes a promotional item must be returned with the promotional item, otherwise the refund will be reduced by the retail value of the promotional item.

If an item which included free shipping is returned, shipping charges incurred by Apptec Corporation will be deducted from the refund.  All other shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any merchandise (including original packaging, manuals, and accessories) not returned in new, resalable condition will reduce the refund by a 20% restocking fee.

A DigiScribe License Key that was provided during this program's 30-day Evaluation Period will reduce the refund by $75 for each DigiScribe License Key that was provided.

An FtpMagic License Key that was provided during this program's 30-day Evaluation Period will reduce the refund by $59 for each FtpMagic License Key that was provided.

A ReportGenie License Key that was provided during this program's 30-day Evaluation Period will reduce the refund by $249 for each ReportGenie License Key that was provided.

A 2nd Line or 4th Line DigiTel License Key Upgrade that was provided will reduce the refund by the cost of each.

The first month of FTP folder rentals is non-refundable and partial month usage is not refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card, or issued via check at Apptec Corporation's sole discretion.  Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only, for the amount of the products after any applicable credit/debit transaction fee, shipping charge, License Key fee, and restocking fee is deducted.
